The metal filter sucks!

clear No, I would not recommend this to a friend
This came with our new home purchase . it looks good and fan works well. But its too difficult to clean the metal filters ,i cleaned them every 30 hrs but the grease never goes from the mesh .Its a design flow as there is 3 layers of mesh and the round holes won't let the brush reach the mesh .I tried all the tricks known in this world. I am even ready to buy replacement filters but its not available to buy.

This hood works like a charm! Installed in a newly renovated kitchen.I cooked bacon for the first time (April) and no lingering odor. It's quiet and so easy to use & clean. Love the ability to dim or brighten the lights!
