Delivery & Shipping Information

All orders for In-Stock items & items priced $499 & above, placed before 12PM (Monday through Friday) are eligible for Next Day Delivery Available. Orders placed on Saturday and before 12PM on Sunday are eligible for delivery on the following Monday. Orders that require installation are not available for Next Day Delivery and require future scheduling for installation. Additional shipping and installation costs may apply for built-in, specialty, and/or professional products. Please contact us for more details.

Expedited delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to the availability of delivery slots. Please contact us for the next-day delivery slot availability of your order. The Expedited delivery is not applicable for items that are to be installed. Once an order is placed, our installation team will reach out to you to schedule delivery & installation for the product within 48 hours.

Customer must take delivery of all items within 30 days of arrival or “In-Stock date”. In-Stock and Special Order items not delivered within said period may be subject to product release or cancellation with refund.

48 Hour Call

You will be contacted via phone and e-mail between 10:00AM – 10:30AM two days prior to delivery to confirm availability, delivery address and units to be delivered. You must confirm to stay on the delivery schedule. If you do not confirm before 6:00PM, we will send a secondary call between 6:00PM – 6:30PM.

Delivery Time Window Courtesy Call

You will receive a call, text, and an e-mail at 2:00PM the day before your delivery date informing you of your 4-hour delivery time window. If you do not confirm, you will receive a secondary notification at 3:00PM, and a third one at 4:00PM.

PLEASE BE ADVISED A REDELIVERY FEE OF $ 64.95 MAY BE CHARGED:
  • For failure to be present during scheduled/confirmed delivery
  • An install/hook up is not completed during time of delivery because plumbing or electrical conditions are faulty and not up to code and the team will have to come out again to finish install.

Installation Safety Protocols

A member of our staff will contact you upon completion of your purchase to confirm your order, schedule your pick-up, and double-check that your purchase will fulfill your needs. If an item is back-ordered or a special-order product, we will notify you of the estimated arrival date.

Warehouse & In-Store Pickup

Pickup is be available at our Product Distribution Center, located at:

3525 Arden Road, Suite 100, Hayward, CA 94545.
PARK AT Dock #56.

Open Hours
Monday - Friday, 9am – 1pm, and Saturday 10am-12pm.

Customer must pick up all items within 30 days of arrival or “In-Stock date”. In-Stock and Special Order items not picked up within said period may be subject to product release or cancellation with refund.

(Online orders must be picked up by the original customer who purchased the order)
