• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent service with a cheerful demeanor.
• Manage project timelines and task lists efficiently.
• Utilize technology effectively to address customer inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulations.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate course of action.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
