A sealed recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. Oven doors have tempered 3-layer glass windows for viewing and safety. Right-side oven consists of a convection fan function for premium baking or roasting. All FORNO gas ranges Include a LP conversion kit. The 48" Galiano has a heavy duty cast iron reversible grillgriddle, 4 oven racks, and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
