Cooking Surface has 8 sealed burners with a total output of 107,000 BTU. including 1 powerful sealed dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering for melting chocolate or sauces, The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware allow ease of sliding pan off a hot burner. A sealed recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. Oven doors have tempered 3-layer glass windows for viewing and safety. Right-side oven consists of a convection fan function for premium baking or roasting. All FORNO gas ranges Include a LP conversion kit. The 48" Galiano has a heavy duty cast iron reversible grillgriddle, 4 oven racks, and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. All FORNO products come with a 2 year warranty.
