The cooktop surface features a durable black matte finish for a seamless look that blends into the grates and burner caps. Centrally located color-matched knobs require a gentle push-to-turn motion to prevent accidents. The unit is equipped with thermocouple flame failure protection to ensure gas shuts off if the flame is extinguished, electronic spark ignition, and a pre-installed 115V power cord. Five sealed Sabaf burners offer a range of cooking power to accommodate various heating needs. The center ultra rapid 11,000 BTU burner includes a dual flame and removable cast iron wok stand for even heating of large cooking vessels. Other burners provide versatile performance, making this cooktop ideal for any kitchen.
