Airport Appliance VIP Private Sale Shopping Event Raffle Giveaway

1. Eligibility: a. The raffle giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older. b. Employees of Airport Appliance and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Raffle Entry: a. To enter the raffle, customers must make an in-store purchase of one of the eligible appliances during the Private Sale Shopping Event. b. Each eligible appliance purchase entitles the customer to one raffle entry.
3. Prize Categories: a. Four (4) prizes will be awarded in each store location, one in each of the following categories: Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, and Laundry Pair. b. The prizes include: - Refrigerator: CAFÉ CGE29DP2TS1 - $4399 Value - Range: PROFILE PGS930YPFS - $2749 Value - Dishwasher: BOSCH SHP865ZP5N - $1149 Value - Laundry Pair: LG WM5500HVA washer & DLEX5500V/DLGX5501W electric or gas dryer - $2598 Value
4. Winner Selection: a. Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries for each prize category in each store location. b. The drawing will take place at the end of the Private Sale Shopping Event.
5. Announcement of Winners: a. Winners will be announced on Airport Appliance's official Social Media channels on Cyber Monday, November 27, 2023. b. Winners will also be notified via the contact information provided during the in-store purchase.
6. Prize Redemption: a. Winners must claim their prize in person at the respective Airport Appliance store where the qualifying purchase was made. b. Winners must present a valid photo ID and the winning raffle ticket to claim their prize. c. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the winner announcement.
7. General Conditions: a. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. b. Airport Appliance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances. c. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Airport Appliance, which are final and binding.
8. Compliance with Laws: a. This raffle giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
