The Lazio 30" Alta Qualita Freestanding Dual Fuel Range brings professional styling and performance into your kitchen with its durable stainless-steel design. Cooking Surface has 5 sealed burners with a total output of 70,000 BTU and includes 1 powerful sealed dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, . Features continuous cast iron grates, wok ring and reversible grillgriddle. The 30 oven has a capacity of 4.32 cu. ft. with a combined convection broil and bake output of 6500 Watt. An insulated 3-layer glass oven door window allows view into oven and safety. The true convection element and fan achieves fast, precision and consistent oven cooking. Included are 2 oven racks, an air fry rack & basket, drip pan that can be used for steam cleaning in the oven and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. All FORNO products come with a 2 year warranty.
