Note: Real-time updates are intended for the DAY OF DELIVERY. If you track your delivery prior to the scheduled delivery date the times are subject to change. The times are estimates. Times could change due to unexpected delays.
If you placed an order online or purchase from one of our store locations, you will receive a text one day prior to your scheduled delivery providing you with a 4-hour time window. It is important that you confirm your delivery time window, or the system will cancel your delivery. You will also receive a call 30 minutes prior to the delivery truck's arrival to your location on the scheduled delivery date.
FREE In-Box Delivery Service
- In-Box Delivery is FREE on all orders $499 and up. For orders under $499, a $59.95 delivery fee will apply
- Additional shipping and installation costs may apply for built-in, specialty and professional products. Please speak to an associate for more details.
- All orders for In-Stock items & items with price $499 & above, placed before 1PM (Monday through Friday) are eligible for Free Next Day Delivery. Orders placed on Saturday and before 1PM on Sunday are eligible for delivery on the following Monday. Additional shipping and installation cost may apply for built-in, specialty and/or professional products. Please contact us for more details.

The Expedited delivery is not appliacable for items that are to be installed. Delivery & Installation Services
Installation services are available for all appliances. Fees vary by appliance type, brand, etc. Most installations will require a consultation with a member of our team to ensure everything can be completed as expected.
Installation Service Includes:
- Delivery and installation of purchased units with applicable installation fee
- Unpacking, leveling and testing of units
- Additional fees may apply for homes with more than 2 flights of stairs.
- Other services required such as installation of pedestals, stacking of laundry units icemaker installations, door reversak, or movement of old appliances within the home.
- Additional fees may apply, and will be explained by a member of our team.
Haul-Away of Old Units
- Haul Away of Existing Unit $39.95 a piece*
- *Removal of old products is available on a one for one replacement basis only, is limited to similar appliance type (no commercial grade), and will be done at the time of delivery only.
Installation
Please note, we are posting our typical installation prices for transparency and to give you an idea of what to expect. To determine the actual cost of installation, our experts need to consult with you and likely pre-measure your home to ensure the right appliances are purchased. Please call or visit one of our locations or our online sales team for more information.
Hook-Up Parts
We require new hook-up parts to insure proper installation and safe operation of your new appliance. We will not hook up any appliance using existing parts. Standard hook-up parts which are labeled "Required" when selecting parts in the cart include (but is not limited to) Water Lines for Refrigerator, Electric Dryer Cord, Gas Dryer Connector, Electric Range Cord and/or Dryer Vent Kits.
Professional/Specialty Ranges
The following professional or specialty brands may require an additional delivery fee to ensure safety and special handling: AGA, American Range, Bertazzoni, BlueStar, Cove, Dacor, DCS, Fisher & Paykel, Monogram, Jenn-Air Pro, KitchenAid Pro, Sub-Zero, NXR, Thermador, Verona, and Wolf. Please call for a quote otherwise an appliance specialist will call you after purchase to quote you with the additional fees. This list is not comprehensive, and additional brands/items may also fall into this category.
Built-in Dishwashers
Built-in dishwashers require additional installation charges depending on the brand. Most dishwasher installations can be completed for $155-$180. Please call for a quote otherwise an appliance specialist will call you after purchase to quote you with the additional fees.
Built-in Ovens or Cooktops

Built-in Microwave Oven
Most built-in microwaves can cost an additional $155 for installation.
Over-The-Range (OTR) Microwave
OTR microwaves typically cost $155 for installation. This includes standard replacement installation only. An electrical outlet is required. No granite or tile back.
Built-in / Specialty Refrigerator

Note: Our Delivery Team will need and expect a clear and wide entry into your home and into the final location. They will not do anything that will put their safety at risk such as carry appliances over a fence, island, dirt pathway or stairs that are too narrow for the units to go through, etc. All electrical, plumbing and/or gas lines must be set in place, free of rust and in good working condition. In the event that any of these lines is not ready, our Delivery Team will not install the units and will only drop off the merchandise in your home. Should we be requested to come back and install the product on a later date, an additional fee will apply.
