The melt feature is great! Easy to use and cooking is perfect. I love the pre-set cooking times at my fingertips and the ability to turn off the turntable is quick and easily found.

Had for two months. The matching slate finish on the 4 appliances are easy to clean and fingerprints are not an issue. We do not cook many meals, mostly reheating, thawing frozen food and melting butter etc. Unit performs all of our needs outstanding.
