A full place setting includes all silverware such as a fork, knife, teaspoons, and a salad fork as well as a large dinner plate, small plate, a bowl, a saucer, coffee cup, and a drinking glass. So, if a dishwasher has a place setting of ten, you’d be able to fit a hundred and twenty dishes in the dishwasher.

With this information, it falls on you to see if you want a dishwasher with a large plate setting size or a smaller one. It really all depends on how many people you might have in your family, or just how many dishes you prefer to handle.
