Bought 5/26/21 from LoweÕs. Went to local appliance store I have done business with for 30 years, did not have any refrigerators and could not get any because of COVID shutdowns they said! Went to LoweÕs and LG refrigerator was exactly right size in correct configuration with top freezer, but had to drive 125 miles to another LoweÕs store to pick it up!! Desperate for new refrigerator since my refrigerator was dying and delivery delays again due to COVID! Plugged in, fit the space and worked perfectly! On July 10th ice maker was going Grind, Grind, Grind, BUMP, Grind, Grind, Grind, BUMP!! Turned ice maker off and later in the day turned it back on! Still making Grind and Bump noises!! Since we live way out in the country and LoweÕs has such bad reputation on Service, and I have changed out many ice makers; I pulled it out of unit and much to my dismay found an electronic unit with an encapsulated circuit board!! Went back to my Appliance store to get information and discovered they donÕt service LG because LG will Not provide them with any technical information!! Put ice maker back in unit and it is working for now with no Grind/Bump noises!! If this happens again, will jerk that electronic junk out of there and install mechanical unit!! I doubt I will ever buy another LG product!! Also bottom of refrigerator door has sharp hard plastic corner which hit my foot and caused a bruise and broke skin on my foot a second time!! Configuration of shelves and door shelves are not the best and leave wasted space on the door where another shelf could have been added!! If I had had more time to shop for a refrigerator, I would not have picked this model!!! Spent lots of money and Not Happy!!

The bracket of the top shelf was broken twice in 15 months since purchased by itself. It seems to be a design weak point. The customer service phone number was busy all the time and couldn't get thru. The only way was to contact by E-Mail. The replacement part for the second time hasn't arrived after 2 weeks. LG hasn't provided me any status update for such replacement.

The water dispenser is very compact. It does not block shelves. LEDÕs make inside bright. Roomy for a 33Ó with a full width drawer. Door shelves are deepÑcan hold milk, wine.
