clear No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Brand new home with this system- less than 2 mos after move in we're on our 2nd set of filter replacements! It's Christmas Eve & we have no drinking water. Have owned 3 other systems from other companies & never had these issues. Hate this system & planning to return it via the home builder. Don't waste your time.

The filters are very easy to replace, with the threaded connection at the top. The disadvantage is the very high price compared with the drop-in type filter. When I replace my RO unit I will choose one with another type of filter to save money.
