In-Store Safety Protocols
Frequency Disinfection & Cleaning
Our team is taking great care to clean and disinfect all high-touch points in our stores, including the handles of appliances, doorways, desks, and more. If you're concerned about touching anything in-store, we're providing gloves upon request.
Masks Required & Available
We ask all customers visiting our showrooms to wear masks, and our team is doing the same. This is for the benefit of all, and to protect ourselves and you. Please bring a mask with you when you visit. If necessary, we will provide you a mask while in our store, but we encourage you to bring your own.
Social Distancing in Effect
Our team is strictly enforcing social distancing at all locations. We will maintain a 6 foot distance from you and other customers, and respectfully request you do the same. Where 6 feet of distance is not possible, we've taken steps to construct plastic barriers or made other adjustments to the flow within our showrooms.
In addition to the precautions already listed, we're taking extra care to ensure our employees stay home when they're sick by expanding our sick leave, conducting temperature checks, and encouraging our team to be aware of how they're feeling each day.

Our delivery and installation teams are diligently wearing protective equipment in the form of masks and gloves to ensure they minimize risk of transmission. We understand that many of our customers may be uncomfortable with our teams in their home, and are taking every precaution possible.
When possible our teams are reducing touchpoints in every interaction. Things like signing for delivery or exchanging paperwork are treated with extra caution or omitted where possible or upon customer request.

Do you have appliances in-stock?
Our warehouse is well stocked, and we receive shipments of appliances from most manufacturers several times a week. There has been disruption to the national and global supply chain in the appliance industry, and some specific products may be unavailable, or projected availability several months out. If possible, always purchase an in-stock item by consulting with our team in-store, over the phone, or via web chat. If you need something urgently, we encourage you to contact us to ensure we can quickly deliver what you need.
