During the ongoing public health emergency, our appliance stores will remain open for business to meet the essential needs of our local communities. Working appliances are essential for storing medication, sanitizing clothing/bedding, and cooking meals while sheltering in place.
We will continue delivering appliances as normal to ensure our customers can care for themselves and their families during this difficult time.
We are open 10am - 6pm, seven days a week in-store, on the phone, and online web chat.
Special appointments are available every day from 9am-10am for older adults and those with disabilities. Please call one of our showrooms and request an appointment with a store manager.

Are your stores open?

Yes, our appliance stores will remain open for business to meet the essential needs of our local communities. We are open from 10am to 6pm, seven days a week until further notice. Updated information will always be available on our website. Working appliances are essential for storing medication, sanitizing clothing/bedding, and cooking meals while sheltering in place.

Are you still delivering orders? Is my order still being delivered?

We will continue delivering appliances as normal to ensure our customers can care for themselves and their families during this difficult time.

Why are your stores open while there is shelter in place?

Appliances are necessary and essential items during normal times, and are especially important with the shelter in place and self-quarantining that is necessary to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are staying open to ensure our communities have what they need to stay home and protect the public – especially items like refrigeration, cooking appliances, washers, and dryers.

What are your stores doing to safeguard customers & employees from the Coronavirus (COVID-19)?

We are taking every precaution to clean and disinfect our stores throughout the day above and beyond the normal cleaning process, including professional disinfection, as well as ensuring our customers and employees can maintain a safe social distance. We are giving extra cleaning attention to high-traffic areas, as well as high-use objects in our stores such as appliances handles, doors, keyboards, touchscreens, and more. Complimentary gloves and hand sanitizer are available for our customers to use while visiting our showrooms.

What are you doing to keep unhealthy staff away from customers?

We are allowing our associates time off for any health issues, without risking their jobs. No associates who are sick or feeling ill will be allowed to work.

Do you have freezers in stock?

UPDATED 3/20/20: Manufacturers are in extremely short supply of freezers at this time, and our expected shipments have been cancelled. Please call or web chat with one of our stores or our online sales team to get the latest information on inventory levels.

What are your delivery and installation teams doing to protect customers from the spread of Corona virus (COVID 19)? I am, or my family member is, part of the high-risk population.

Our appliance delivery teams are taking every precautionary step to help minimize the current public health emergency and as such have taken proactive steps such as disinfecting themselves between customer deliveries, and wearing rubber gloves while performing deliveries at our customer’s homes. They are also maintaining as much distance as possible while in the home, and ask that our customers help maintain that distance. Due to nationwide shortages of face masks, our teams may not be able to wear them when delivering your appliances. We are working to secure more face masks for our delivery teams, but healthcare workers and first responders are in greater need at this time.
