Purchased this unit one year ago to replace a similar GE Profile Unit that worked just fine for over 15 Years. The microwave failed within the first week. Repair service took over a week to respond. Then on Thanksgiving Day, the Microwave and Oven failed. Again, it took about 10 days for repair so we had to buy a counter top microwave to get us by. Now the back panel on the back of the oven has come loose. It looks like it is just glued on. Our GE Profile dishwasher (purchased at the same time) has also failed. We called the 24/7 hot line listed in the owners manual and received a message that they were closed. What a sad state of affairs for what was once a very reliable company. We are stuck with this stuff but at least we have an extended service contract. I will not buy General Electric again.

Mine was installed Dec 2, 2017, almost 2mos ago. There is nothing I don't love about it. The racks are coated the same as the inside of the oven, so self-clean cleans them at the same time without removing them. There are 3 racks. Love the slim glass fronts. The microwave is huge & I love that I can use it as an oven with metal pans or as a microwave with only microwave friendly stuff. The only thing you can't use in it is foil. Love it!
