I bought this microwave last month and I love it! The convection mode is nice but I am thrilled about the dual mode of cooking where I can crisp up my food. I am thinking pizza which I normally do not reheat in the microwave.

clear No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I purchased the microwave in Sept 2020 as a replacement for a 3-year old LG microwave that shut down and was not repairable. It took 7 weeks to receive this microwave which shutdown after 4 Months and took 6 weeks for LG to repair. Communications with customer service were terrible.
