this is a replacement for a previously owned ge microwave that had a electrical problem and this is a replacement. I am disappointed that this one has no shelf as the other one had two.

This is a warranty replacement for a 5-10 year old Profile that has been repaired under warranty, through Sears, multiple times. The replacement warranty company would not replace with a comparable unit even though that what's stated, so we do not have a convection oven as we had before. Very disappointed!
