clear No, I would not recommend this to a friend
This was our 2nd Profile microwave. We really loved our first. Our new Profile was a disappointment due to the fact that the door was hard to open. We had to keep pressing it as much as 5 to 6 times in order for it to open. In addition we were disappointed with the popcorn setting. We always had to add time unlike our previous model.

Easy to follow the touch keypad, which makes it simple and easy to use. It was easily installed under my cupboards and consequently makes it the correct eye heighth for easy operation.
