I bought in January 2021 and it is best gas stove ( out of 4 I used before). It is best design for 5 burner in 30 inch gas stove . I like medium size burner in front and small size in back. Only issue is gas knobs are in front and when I am cooking t gets dirty easily so need to clean up every time v/s on side it will get less dirty while cooking. I hope someone sell clear plastic cover all knobs so it will not get dirty.

Shortly after having this product installed a knob broke off. The knobs have plastic stems (which seems quite cheap considering the price of this product). Because the installer did not leave me the serial # (which is hidden from view once product is installed). LG customer service refused to assist with knob replacement & advised me to hire another contractor to uninstall the product, get the serial number, reinstall the product and then call them back. Definitely not happy about any of this!

Well ; all seems fine at first couple months, until the unit stencil nobs letters started to fade off, we are getting a new top to mitigate this issue, under warranty this June 21, will see how this goes, so far the company is very responded to all issues, thanks.

Fantastic cooktop

We love this cooktop compared to our old electric cooktop. Heats up really fast, looks great, so far easy to clean. Have only one problem and I hope it doesn't happen again. when turning the burners on the control knob glows red underneath the knob. While cooking the other day I had 2 burner on and the red lights went out I checked the other knobs and they worked fine. but later on after cooking I turned those knobs that were out and they worked. I hope this isn't a warning that something is about to go out.
