Airport Home Appliance is a family owned major appliance retailer. We have seven Bay Area locations and recently expanded into the Roseville market.
This position will report directly to logistics Manager . The Billing Auditor will audit, prepare billing and controls expenses by reprocessing, verifying, and reconciling all delivery service and invoices
- Review, delivery invoices and match to service work performed
- Utilize Dispatch Track delivery software to match to Airport Appliance sales invoice
- Provide billing daily for each re-cap of daily work to third party delivery
- Review and adjust claim backs from third party delivery thru Dispatch Track software
- AP and AR for all apartments as assigned
- Reconciling third party billing for delivery and installation
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Attention to detail and ability to organize several tasks simultaneously.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Have strong communication skills and can work as a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and possess a sense of urgency and hands on approach.
