My wife and I have purchased 4 major appliances from your store over the last six months or so -- a Bosch dishwasher, a Kitchenaid refrigerator, a Bosch washer, and a Bosch dryer -- and I wanted to take a moment to praise your sales and installation personnel. Your salespeople, especially Sam Tootian, have been extremely helpful and accessible, even after the sale, which is unusual in our experience. As for your installers, not only did the first crew who installed our dishwasher do a terrific job with a difficult install, but the washer/dryer installers brought a huge dent in the side of the dryer to my attention (they could just as easily have installed the dryer without telling us about it, and snagged it up against the washer; we probably wouldn't have noticed for months).
This level of service and support, especially this level of professionalism and honesty, has made us "true believers" in your company, its product, audits services. We have no reservations about recommending you to family and friends, and will continue to patronize you for any future appliance needs.

In 2005, we bought 5 appliances - stove, microwave w/ venting hood, refrigerator, washer and dryer - all from the Hayward location. Hubby and I were new homeowners (and pretty young at the time), and this was our first round of purchasing appliances.
We were able to negotiate with the sales person for a discount, stack rebates, and score a killer deal on some great appliances. In 2011, all of our appliances are still going strong - even after 3 years of renters who *probably* didn't take as good of care as we do.
When our dishwasher bites it, we'll be back. I think I hear a deep freezer calling my name, too.

After an absolutely horrendous experience trying to buy a dishwasher at *****, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection at Airport Appliance. Our sales rep, Leonore, was helpful and didn't push us; rather, she researched and answered our incessant questions - this would be our third dishwasher in as many weeks - and we were able to go home to do further research with no pressure. We came back several days later. Leonore wasn't there, but Renee helped us out. We purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher that suited our needs, plus the 5-year warranty, as our previous experience with dishwasher quality didn't leave us very optimistic about a long and happy dishwasher life.
Delivery day arrived, and while the installers were late due to traffic, they installed the dishwasher promptly. The dishwasher has so far exceeded our expectations, and Airport Appliance has done so as well.

My wife and I recently purchased appliances from Airport for our kitchen that will be remodeled this coming spring.
The entire experience was first rate. Our salesperson, Eve M. was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We had many questions about the seemingly endless choices of kitchen appliances that are available and she answered all them while explaining the pros and cons of each. Eve spent almost 2 hours with us on our first visit and we never felt any pressure to purchase anything.
One week prior to our purchase, Eve contacted us about rebates and special deals that would be occurring over the President's day holiday, so we jumped in and purchased them.
Can't comment on the delivery as it has yet to happen, but hopefully things will go smoothly. As of now, we'll definitely purchase more items at Airport and would recommend this place to anyone looking for bargains in appliances.

My wife and I had a great experience here buying a washer and dryer. Here's why:
1. The salespeople are on commission and motivated to help you. You definitely won't get ignored when you step foot in here (but, they are not pushy).
2. They price matched the washer and all I did was bring in a printout of the same model washer from *****.
3. Their delivery charge is very reasonable and they did a nice job and were on time.
This was actually a fun appliance buying experience. Selection is really good.

I recently purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer and found the best salesperson - Christine! She knew her inventory and when I told her what I was looking for and in what price range, she showed me exactly what I wanted. Delivery personnel were awesome - came when they were scheduled - quick to remove my old appliances and quick to hook up my new ones!

Wow - What a great experience after a poor experience with ********* Appliance in Pleasant Hill, CA. I needed to purchase a replacement refrigerator and David West, an online salesman, worked with me from start to finish. Everything went as promised and the price was competitive. The delivery men were on time and did a nice install. Everyone was professional and courteous. David was great to work with. I highly recommend a call to David West if you are looking at appliances for your home or office. PS they even worked with me to coordinate the timing of delivery with ********* pick up of the damaged appliance I was replacing. I recommended David to my friend who was working on an entire kitchen change out. She has had a similar experience

Was cheap, fast and friendly! Went in after checking everywhere online and in stores. They said $220 for this GE microwave. SOLD! The cheapest price I found! Janelle C. was great to work with. She even gave my 2 small children cookies and bubbles! We were in and out in less than 20 minutes!

The sales person was great. We knew what we wanted and he brought us right to them and also suggested two other brands in the same class. We chose and asked if they matched other stores. They did, so we bought from them. It was after 5pm, so the soonest delivery was two days away. With that said... Let's talk about the delivery crew. The only way I can describe these guys is a retired pit crew from NASCAR! NO JOKE!! They were in, set up, testing AND leaving in 10 minutes! They were also professional, courteous, fast, clean and most importantly, ON TIME!!!! I wish I had these guys on MY pit crew! Thank you Airport Appliance.

We desperately needed a new dishwasher that was more energy efficient and that filtered better. I researched various Bosch models and discovered they had many of these models at Airport Home Appliance. I went to the San Jose store and was instantly helped by Duane Gregory - a salesperson who gave valuable information on Bosch dishwashers. He offered my husband and I bottled water and found us an additional $50 mail-in rebate from Bosch. We saved at least $200 off of list. This is the second time we have bought high-end appliances from Airport and we couldn't be happier with their service and prices. Nobody has better prices and selection than these folks!

We're very satisfied with our purchase, delivery and installation of our microwave and range. Our transaction was done over the phone and our salesman, Joie Pham, stayed on top of this sale. Even though the installation cost of our over-the-range microwave went over and above the original price he quoted me, Airport Appliance honored the original quote. Joie's customer service goes above and beyond what we would have normally expected even stopping by our house and showing us how to operate the appliances.

A large selection, great prices and they delivered the range on the same day (Saturday). We could not have been happier. When the delivery staff arrived, they were fast and quite professional. Most places like **** ***, ****, *****, were all quoting a week at least for delivery so Airport Home Appliance was a no brainer.
